My Experience<\/span><\/h1>\n

Hello, my name is Brian. I have worked in the IT industry for over 20\u00a0years. In 1998, I started working in the Information Technology (IT) industry by training customers on a how to use a custom records management system which allowed companies to keep track of their off site files and cartons. Two years later, I was promoted to be the Internal Support Specialist and became responsible for over 70 PCs in 8 different buildings. In 2001, I promoted to the position of the North America System Administrator responsible for many of the Enterprise level systems that over 800 people were using on a daily basis. In 2005, I became a member of the Global Systems team supporting users in Australia, Europe, Asia, North and South America. In 2016 I was promoted to Senior Systems Engineer as the company continued to grow. As part of a global company, it allowed the opportunity to travel to many parts of the world including Brazil, the United Kingdom, Sweden and the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the\u00a0the years I have gained much experience working with users of all kinds and I want to help you! BTSonline has been established to allow me to take my experiences at the enterprise level of IT to benefit you.<\/span><\/p>\n

As with all service industries, customer service has become the main focus at BTSOnline. It is often said that ‘A happy customer is a repeat customer’ and nothing could be more true.\u00a0My goal is to offer the best and most professional service to you, the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n
